Due to the nature of our products and state regulations, Cloud 9 Farms does not accept returns or issue refunds on any cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, or other packaged goods.

We stand behind the quality of our cultivation and packaging practices. If you experience any issues with your order related to product quality or fulfillment errors, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos, batch numbers, and a description of the issue. While we cannot offer refunds or returns, we will review each concern on a case-by-case basis to ensure a high standard of service.
